Congrats! You've finished piecing your top. Now it needs to be quilted. That's where I come in! I provide digital edge-to-edge longarm quilting. This means that the quilting design will be repeated across the entire quilt top providing lovely, consistent texture. 

 

My goal is to provide quilting that meets your vision for your final quilt. Do you envision the quilting gliding gently into the background? Or bright and boldly bouncing into the foreground? Or perhaps something in between. We can bring the quilting personality together through the design, density and thread choice. If you already have a clear vision of what you want, great! Not sure where to start? No problem! Let's break it down into 3 general areas.

​

• First, the quilting design. Do you want sharp angles, swoops and curves, floral/botanical or a simple meander? The recipient or planned use for the quilt can help narrow down choices. Along with the design, another thing to consider is how dense you want the quilting.

• ​​Second, thread color. Do you want the thread color to blend as much as possible or would you like a pop of color in the quilting?

• Third, the type of batting. There are many batting options in a range of fibers and price points. I can help you make a selection if you are unsure. I currently stock cotton/poly blends and a bamboo blend. You may also provide your own high quality batting.
